I am currently running kali linux on a RDP on my windows system, I’m trying to install the requirements.txt file from a git repo that I cloned and whenever I try to download that text file I receive an error message. The message reads “error: externally-managed-environment”. I’m trying to download an android OSINT tool if that makes a difference. Pls help

The error message comes up with a few options such as “apt install python3-xyz” to get the python packages world wide. When I try this it responds by saying the file is locked and permission is denied.
