Error running into when running through Tomcat log on name is Local Service

This problem is encountured when Tomcat log on name is Local Service
but it gets solved when the log on is Network Service
Can someone please provide the opinion on the same ?
The possible reasons on why it is runnin with network service and not local service.
what can be done to change it ?
