So, I recently moved onto a boat and it threw my raspberry pi website server into a tailspin. For reasons beyond me I cannot get the site to load on my new router setup. I have therefore created a new wordpress site and wish to transfer the pages and content from my old site to the newly created one. Unfortunately I do not have access to the old site through wordpress, only the file structure and terminal on that pi. There’s a whole bunch of pages including a blog I really don’t want to lose. The old site also has a theme I need to copy over.
I was hoping that there would be a way to export the MySQL/Wordpress database, then import that into the new pi wordpress site. Is this possible?
Any help greatly appreciated.
I’ve tried copying and pasting wordpress folders into the new site but it then won’t load. I think I need the content and database but without the ip router settings, or whatever it is that is making it not load!
