I’m working on my final year project (FYP) and could use some advice on choosing the best AI system for it. My project involves one of the following tasks:
Blood Cancer Detection:
Data: Microscopic images of blood samples.
Goal: To accurately detect different types of blood cancers using image analysis.
Tuberculosis (TB) Detection:
Data: X-ray images.
Goal: To develop a reliable system for detecting TB from chest X-rays.
Given these tasks, I need an AI system that can handle medical image analysis effectively. Here are a few specific things I’m considering:
Pre-trained Models: Are there any pre-trained models or frameworks that are particularly good for medical image analysis in these areas?
Frameworks: Between TensorFlow and PyTorch (or any others), which one offers better support and tools for handling medical images?
Performance: Any insights on how different AI systems perform specifically for blood cancer detection or TB detection using X-rays?
Ease of Use: Since this is for my final year project, a system that’s relatively easy to implement and has good community support would be really helpful.
Resources: Any recommendations for datasets, libraries, or additional tools that could help with developing these systems?

I haven’t tried anything in AI yet, but I’ve done thorough research on using AI in the fields of blood cancer and tuberculosis. I’m eager to build my own AI projects from scratch and immerse myself in the world of artificial intelligence.
