Error: Failed to create/update user: Operation users.findOneAndUpdate() buffering timed out after 10000ms

My MongoDB connection won’t load, and I keep getting a time out error. I don’t understand if it is not catching the error or what, I am just confused about this whole process. Can any help please? Thank you!
