ERROR: Could not install packages due to an OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'c:\users\91990\appdata\local\programs\python\python39\lib\site-packages\protobuf-4.25.3.dist-info\METADATA'
I cannot install some packages due to the above error.
Please let me know how to solve this error.
I also tried using pip install streamlit --user in command prompt when run as administrator.
