I’m trying to create an API following some course, and as I was trying to turn some sort of “Hot Reload” I’ve ran into an error.

I typed dotnet watch --project <PATH> (path was needed because I had an error without it), and I’ve came across infinite loop inside my Package Manager Console ->

It just goes like this forever.
