There is a Google Play Console account, created after November 2023, so we need to make testing the apps before publish them as product.

Apps must be tested by at least 20 users for at least 14 days in a row.

What is fine condition of testing? If people just click “Become a tester” in invitation email, without even installing the app, from Google Play, and will not leave for 14 days, will it count?
