Win 11 -> HDR enabled

VS Code is very dim, if i open a context menu it gets bright after closing all is dim again, i tried few fixed "disable-color-correct-rendering": false, "force-color-profile": "srgb" and so on but dont work.

How can i fix that without disabling HDR in Win 11?
