I have a power amplifier that generates 300 watts of power in the FM band from 88 MHz to 108 MHz. It requires an input of 14 dBm (25 milliwatts). I have a QN8066 IC that can provide a maximum output of 119 μdbV. Can this IC drive the FM power amplifier directly?
If not, could you please suggest a suitable transistor that I can use as an intermediate amplifier stage to boost the signal from the QN8066 IC before feeding it to the FM power amplifier?
