Has anyone know something when dbt cloud is going force old users who still are using legacy seat-based Team plan to new consumption based Team plan?

One dbt sales person told me that there was some announcement on Coalease conference that this should happen in 2024 but I can’t find any conformation.

I have checked all blogs and forums of dbt.
