Is it possible to have a category mapped to two meta fields?

For example we have a propertyOurs and then a propertyStatus but we want a new propertyOurs and properyStatus would equal ‘active’.

Would this even be approached as a Taxonomy? So far when i make a new Taxonomy I cannot use either key since theyre in use already
