Is there a tool that can analyze my actual app source code and help me improve stuff, and write new code pretty much like how GTP-4 does it but in the context of my current codebase?

I know there are tools like https://cursor.sh/, https://github.com/features/copilot , and https://replit.com/ but I don’t have any idea which one is doing this.

I have to mention that I’m a beginner, I don’t have advanced coding experience. I need the kind of GPT-4 hand-holding.

Basically, I need to be able to write a prompt, and based on my current code base to guide me on what I need to do.
