Have little experience in this and no idea where to start.

I’m looking to create a power app with Split View. Left side for viewing a floorplan either in .pdf or .dgn (Bentley microstation). I’d like to have the ability to tie this to a database that houses pieces of equipment in each room and possibly room dimension. Once I click on a room within the floorplan it then displays the data relevant for that room from data in the database.

Haven’t tried anything yet looking for advice
