We have created a java program to introduce basic information through an interface and we are having trouble coding the part to have access to the original docs that are the model to be modified.

The program works fine apart from that.

This program is going to be used in different locations/computers which may not be interconnected.

We have tried different options, but in all it fails to read the path to those files, it can not find them within the app.
