I have set up an Amortization table, and Amortization graph. But I am wanting the Graph to update automatically when I change the Balloon date of the loan. Right now I’m having to manually change the x and y value range when the balloon date is changed.

For example in B28 (Balloon Term) highlighted in the Photo “Inputs” I have a balloon for 7 years.

Would I have to use a combination of the OFFSET and INDEX Function to visually illustrate the interest and principle over the course of 7 years ?

What is the easiest way to get the graph to update automatically when the balloon term is changed…?
