Bros, I have a pen drive with several files, but some of them were having the problem of not even opening because they were corrupt.
When running chkdsk 😀 /f /x, chkdsk 😀 /f /r /x
After this, the pen drive shows as full, whereas before it had 3GB being used, now it has 8GB (maximum capacity), but it does not display all the folders
When running the command:
attrib -h -r -s /s /d d:*.*
It displayed a few more files, but nothing that would explain why it was full
Some files even opened again. But others don’t, most files are .pdf or .docx and display the following messages:
.pdf = an error occurred while opening this document, the file is damaged and cannot be restored
.docx = Word found unreadable content in FileName.docx. Do you want to recover the contents of this document? If you trust the source of the document, click yes.
Some .docx content can be recovered, others cannot
Images = only a part of the image appears, never the complete image
When performing a check in recovery software, the software displayed several DIRXX folders, which contained several files, the strangest thing is that in the check, it showed around 25GB of files found, but the pen drive only has 8 capacity.
Does anyone have a miracle solution? I have no idea what to do anymore.
