I have a code was built on Blazor which I have never worked on, and I do not know how to use Blazor

The problem is that this code is full of issues and the biggest that it does not debug.

I asked 7 programmer to help me debug this code but no one was able to.

now the only option that I have to convert blazor to something I can work with.

so is there process I can do to change blazor to MVC or frames?
