Canineproducts.in is my website In some cities in india we getting issue that website is not opening up but in some parts it is working perfectly

Also if you’re checking please check this too below the banner there’s a dog pic click it amd you will see a product open it and after opening head back to home page if you see no data or let me know if you see a homepage working fine refresh it and please let me know I am very confused with this
