What determines the versions that conda freeze can produce? For example, what is the meaning of this output from conda freeze:

faiss-gpu=1.8.0=py3.11_h4c7d538_0_cuda12.1.1

I can no longer recover the environment that produced it. But, strangely, it seems to reference a version in the future. How is this possible?
