I am having an issue pinging PC0 to PC1 and vice versa (only need screenshot of ping PC0 to PC1 to complete work). The Topology is 2 PC’s, 2 Switches and 2 routers. The image I attached shows the diagram.
Gateway of PC0 is 192.168.1.0
Gateway of PC1 is 198.168.2.0
Gateway between Routers is 10.0.0.0 using Serial DCE (CLOCKED).
PC0 192.168.1.2
PC1 192.168.2.2
R0 10.0.0.2
R1 10.0.0.3
Everything is configured. Instructions show I’m supposed to use RIP for routing. I did this and I get a ping between nearest devices but no pings in anything that needs a hop. . . unless I do static routing which allows me to hop one router to a PC but not in reverse and it still does not get me PC to PC.
Successful package sends are:
PC0 to R0, R0 to R1, R1 to PC1.
With static routing I can also get:
R0 to PC1(hops R1) and R1 to PC0 (hops R0). But neither in reverse.
Fails are:
PC0 to PC1 (what i actually need), PC0 to R1 (hops R0) and PC1 to R0 (hops R1).
Please help this is day 3 trying and the work is due tomorrow night.
