I am working on MacOS Sonoma 14.4.1. My Chrome version is 127.0.6533.90. I am irritated when on mouse-over, the Chrome maximise/minimise/close bar appears and disappears. This hinders my interaction with the tabs. I want this bar to be permanently visible. Any ideas how to fix this?

I went to Mac and Chrome settings to try and disable this aut-hide/reappear but could not find the settings.
