Estou com alguns arquivos CSV e quando abro eles pelo Excel eles simplesmente ficam com alguns caracteres estranhos nas letras que possuem assento, por exemplo, a palavra “Assunção” se tornou “ASSUNÇÃO”.

Tentei abrir os arquivos CSV com o Bloco de Notas e Notepad++ e salvá-los com a codificação ANSI, e outras codificações também, porém não funcionou, alguém poderia me dizer como corrigir isso?

I have some CSV files and when I open them in Excel they simply have some strange characters in the letters that have seats, for example, the word “Assunção” became “ASSUNÇÃO”.

I tried opening the CSV files with Notepad and Notepad++ and saving them with ANSI encoding, and other encodings too, but it didn’t work, could anyone tell me how to fix this?
