sometimes i can’t type in anything in a textarea(html element textarea), but i do can type in in or .

For example, when i’m editing a github issue, i can type in the title but cant type in its description(as its a textarea). And i can’t ask chatgpt questions either.

i’m now using windows11 23H2, system version 22631.3447, and this problem happens on both Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

i tried to refresh the search engine and clean up all the cookies, neither works.

Also, i try to edit the tag and change it to , and i found i can type in. but when i changed it back to , this problem remains.
