I created a questionnaire in google forms. I required email address be collected. when I went to look at the responses, it shows the responses but no names or email addresses are attached even with a red asterisk on email address. How can I see who filled out this questionnaire without the info I required?

I tried looking for the info I needed. didn’t see it. I had a colleague look at my quiz and she agreed I did everything correctly. I required email addresses to be submitted however they were allowed to take fill out the questionnaire with out submitting. Now I have answers but no way to know who submitted them. We’re thinking it may be a glitch with google.
