I downloaded Wireshark on my desktop but cannot open it in Notepad – screenshot is enclosed

I cannot open it in Visual Code either – the error message says ” The file is not supported in the text editor because it is either binary or uses unsupported text encoding

I tried to install downloaded Wireshark but did not succeed. Expected Wireshark to be downloaded successfully
