i cant even run this file all i get is this

i tried to put it in the directory
C:xampphtdocsphpscripticollegeindex.php

and i tried to open in xampp
localhost:88/phpscript/icollege/index.php/
but it always end up like this when i enter
http://localhost:88/iCollege/landing/
