i followed the steps to pass from test environment to production environment but after 72 hours waiting it remains on test mode.

After sign the agreement document (step 3) the document was send to my email but i don´t receive my production keys and the app shows the same look (“get production environment”).

I tried several accounts with different emails and credit card information but same result
