I would like to try to make a system to extract text from a video to a .txt document, but I’m having trouble/don’t know how to do it, could someone help me please? Btw I’m on Windows.

I searched on web and found almost nothing that uses FFMPEG to extract, not even an program that only uses FFMPEG to extract the frames and uses third-party services to detection.
