I’m a beginner. I don’t know how to code or program and I don’t understand the concepts of it and I would like to see examples. I thought it might help me to learn if I could actually see examples.

I am just curious about this subject and have tried by asking people with knowledge to explain some concepts of programming. For whatever reason, even when they are genuinely helpful and try to explain, I usually understand nothing, learn nothing and become more confused.
