My Teammate was working on a task and he accidently fetch and push to branch where he wasn’t supposed to. So Is there any way to block push action temperory?.

We are using github desktop to perform all the git actions.

There is a way, by revoking the access. but since I want the temperory block solution, Revoking action is not an option.
