We use Ckeditor version 4.5.6. It has the SCAYT plugin by Webspellchecker (version 3.8.4) but we don’t use it all.
Can we plan to remove the SCAYT plugin altogether or it’s a mandatory feature with Ckeditor? The reason of removing it is the extra yearly cost for the license.
Also, are any of the other Ckeditor’s features dependent on SCAYT plugin? Or any other drawbacks of not using it?
