I have a hard time finding an explanation of how would you go about calculating the win probability if one person had say tetrahedron with numbers ranging from 1-4 and the other a cube with numbers 1-6. I understand how to calculate for each separately, together, but not how to compare one to the other :/
Do I simply add the probability of an outcome (say 1/6 vs 1/4) to the person with highest probability and them compare the sum?
