I am in middle school (not underage pls no ban), and I am looking to create a python/some react app that dispenses proxy links. I could troubleshoot the project myself, but I need help getting past the app restrictions.

My school has gogaurdian and securly, but the main issue is that you can’t launch apps off of files in the computer, or anything you download. Apps like replit are blocked, so I need a way to automatically launch a program without it being an app. This should open to a webpage (ideally hosted by the code).

I was planning to have it set up so I could put the code on a usb stick then plug it into pc and automatically or manually open it with folder, but other ideas are welcome too.

ive tried to drag vpn and stuff onto folders and put in computer, but it says the app was blocked by administrator(not suprising)
Cant even download any IDEs because of same problem, and repl.it is blocked.
