Build Failed in .NET 8 WebAPI – Need Assistance with Error Resolution

Here are some details about my setup:

.NET Version: 8.0
Project Type: WebAPI
IDE: [e.g., Visual Studio 2022 /]

: When I run the command of add-migration “initial setup”
The only error shows up is Build Failed!

I have restarted my PC, then the app and checked the connection string
