I’m an AWS noob and want to learn by building a project. But AWS charges if i exceed the free tier limits and since i won’t have any ROI for these side projects, i dont want to spend money on these.

SO, i browsed this stuff and one advice i found is to destroy the project once completed and re build with AWS cloud formation whenever i need it. I don’t understand how this works. Is there anything i have to do or follow such that i can re create it with Cloudformation like setting up a venv? If yes, how do i set up a venv in AWS? or can i just start building the project right away ?
