I saw this issue open. I’m using botocore version 1.34.144. Any workarounds for this issue?

The file is not shipped as part of the package. Moving to older version is not an solution as we need this version for dependency management. Appreciate any help.

Searched online for resolution. Tried to lower the version of the package but couldn’t due to dependency management issue.
