I recently installed Kali Linux on my Acer A515-54-30BQ laptop. Now, I’m trying to boot from a USB drive to reinstall Windows. However, whenever I attempt to access the UEFI Firmware Settings—either by pressing F2 during boot or by selecting the option from within Kali Linux, I encounter a black screen with a white underscore in the top left corner. This screen resembles a command prompt or terminal, but I can’t type anything, and it never proceeds to the UEFI Firmware Settings. Also, I’m unable to change the boot order to boot from the USB drive. UEFI Boot Picture
