Has anyone been experiencing an issue when booking a hotel in Sabre using a traveler’s profile, but hotel segment is attaching wrong name? It is a completely random name, not even same company. It is not anything to do with hotel ID or FOP. It is happening in different PCCs, different hotels, etc. Not able to find any common denominators. Also, it does not happen every time for the same person/hotel.
We have tried ending the record and starting over. Sometimes, a different agent can try it and it will work correctly but sometimes they also get the same error.
