I have bi publisher on my word office but while i’d working with it that hide inside add in and it didn’t work and when i wanted import xml data recieve error

I uninstalled bi publisher and installed but didn’t change also I update microsoft office( i had office 2016) and put microsoft 2019 but didn’t change problem
