Hi Guys needed expert advice to create 3 new store views in the existing Magento website which has approx 60k products. What is the best way to create them so that the website will be in working condition ilat that time or minimal downtime is required for that process.

What we did to achieve it, we updated the config.php file and added newly store view details in it and push the changes. During deploying the changes on the server it took lots of time in setup:upgrade command and at that time website was not functioning. It took approx 2 hours time to complete the setup. We needed best approach to do these changes on production server so that website will not shutdown or take less down time. Please provide your expert advice.
