project details:

hosted on a most of the time ~ 90% offline raspberry pi.

Maybe sometimes connect to the internet for updates.

It gives a seperate section for a wifi hotspot.

To share files and data for mobile users mostly. (also not a trustfull environment)

Outside of a seperated admin section.

webadmin dashboard mostly php and html code.

what to execute :

shutdown now

setdatectl

reboot

etc. …….

preffered :

preffered to write in bash script and php if possible. (thats what i know about)

i readed in a post but it was from 2009 to make a cron job as a listener.

(but not seems to be the right way?)

what i have done so far:

I have done the some google searches and also here in stack overflow some researches.

but have`nt found the right entry point, and got cofused where to gather the right step in infos.

Also I dont know wich kind of technical implementation is the best way to go,

and whats best practise.

tools like webmin and so on are`nt preffered.

Links to code snippets and example files, tutorials are always welcome.

i know about php web page reeboot server

but it is not the secure way or is it an option because i am behind my login section an just the admin have an acces.

How project`s like webmin or pihole handles that ?
