Can anyone tell me which is the best overlay showing package in flutter as per my requirements:-
- I need to show a circle overlayed on other apps.
- Tap through the overlay and drag simultaneously.
- Set a lock button to lock and unlock it when the lock button is locked anyone can only tap through the circle overlaying and if the lock is unlocked users cannot tap through they can drag.
Listen anyone till here then :- In my app i want to display a circle overlaying over other apps and it should be able to drag and also ther must be a lock ???? icon that when user press it must be toggles from locked to unlocked and then users can tap through the circle. This are my requirements is there anyone ????.
