I am following this tutorial for setting up and configuring SAML (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/enterprise-apps/add-application-portal-setup-sso) verbatim.

When I need to register a user on the Toolkit (as per the tutorial), I am getting this error:

Error.
An error occurred while processing your request.

There is no debug info, TraceId etc displayed. I’ve checked the network response in Developer tools and there’s nothing to give a hint to what the problem might be.

I have tried a different browser, incognito and still the same issue.

Does anyone know if there’s a gotcha that I might be missing? Trawling through forumns has yielded no results.
