I have connected two monitors to my laptop, but recently I’ve encountered an issue: whenever I click on a screen other than my laptop’s, the brightness on my laptop decreases automatically. More specifically, when I move the cursor to the second or third screen and click anywhere, my laptop’s brightness diminishes.

I have thoroughly checked all the power and display settings but haven’t found anything that might be causing the brightness to change. However, I did notice that when I click on any screen other than the laptop’s, the “Sleep and Power” setting switches to “High Performance,” and coincidentally, my laptop’s brightness decreases. Additionally, when I check the advanced power settings, I don’t see any options related to this issue.
