I have built an app for downloading Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook videos. I successfully published it on the Play Store, but when I tried to publish it on the App Store, I encountered an issue.

In the App Store, I have seen many apps like this, but how do they get published? They do not mention video downloading in their app descriptions. For example: ‘Split long videos into smaller videos for social media apps.’ They describe it this way. Is it a trick to publish the app? If not, how can this issue be resolved?
