Install the application from installer which is a Wix installer on Windows 11. Tried to open the application from the shortcut and application splash screen open behind the other windows.
I am using a Launcher to launch my application launcher splash screen display foreground but when the launcher screen close the main application splash screen goes behind the other windows.

I tried removing the launcher from the shortcut target path and it works. Also, it is working with launcher on Windows 10 but not on Windows 11.
I expected the application splash screen should open in foreground after launcher splash screen closed.
Is that Windows 11 issue? What could be causing windows not to open in foreground?
