I’m thinking about setting up Apache Ozone (an open-source object storage solution) on a Red Hat OpenShift cluster that already has OpenShift Data Foundation (ODF) installed.
The aim is to construct a DataLake by layering additional services on this foundation.
I’m feeling a bit unsure and would really appreciate any insights or advice on whether this is a sensible approach or if there are better alternatives.
I mean… does it make any sense to proceed with Ozone, when we have ODF already? Or one thing won’t bother the other?
Thank you for your assistance!
