So, Rigel Miner has a special CUI that i want, but i dont know much about how to do this so as a normal person, ill go and ask

So, in the box that i created with my beautiful red pencil on a pixel monitor, is where every output goes, if for an example it wants to print something it will go in the box, anything outside is static and wont move at all. So, golden question, does anyone have an idea of how i can get this in my own CUI in either C++ or python? You can also answer in any other programming language but id prefer those two.
