Do I need a commercial license if I work in an organization of 500 people (across multiple divisions) if I;

• Do not use Anaconda cloud services
• Install packages via PiP
• Only create tools for internal usage
• Use only standard packages (Numpy, Pandas, etc)

For reference, I use the Anaconda Distribution, which comes with the UI, pre-installed packages and an a couple IDE’s.

I consulted the TOS but it is confusing. According to the last answer here; Are Conda, Miniconda and Anaconda free to use and open-source?

However I still find conflicting information.
